Bidra med feedbackWe were accommodated for lunch for 10 people despite no booking and it being very late for lunch. We only wanted light snacks. Wild boar stew and pastas were served fast and were tasty but portions were small. Our english speaking waiter looked like he didn't really want to be there but was courteous enough. Perfectly adequate.
We went to eat here after a 4 hour trekking, and we really enjoyed the meal. We started with a plate of cured meat, then a mixed grilled meat. You have to try the home made cakes, they are worth even a 8 hour trekking. The Waitress and the owner were very kingd. Definitely a YES.
We loved the tagliatelle with wild boar sauce and tortellacci with butter and sage. Good antipasti and meat course too.
We ate the torelloni and the fried mushrooms, both very good. The service was prompt and friendly. The atmosphere of the restaurant (and of San Pellegrino in general) is very relaxing and friendly and the views across the mountains are wonderful.
We drove from Lucca up through the mountains to San Pellegrino, where we had an enjoyable lunch at this restaurant
