Camelliae Tea Lounge

We found this place by accident as our plan to go to Lake Garda was thwarted by an Italian festival day which we had been unaware.We soon realised all traffic was headed that way so we drove in the opposite direction which led us to this town and this place.The food was so delicious!!Carmens version of welsh rarebit Italian style would win prizes.We had never seen such an extensive menu of teas combined with home baked cakes and sundries.The hosts Angelo and Carmen were very welcoming and friendly so we asked for a suggested touring itinery for the day.Following their plan we spent the day visiting one lovely town after another.Their prices aren't cheap but every mouthful was a delight

A a comfortably good place with a really warm and homely atmosphere. The tea is good unlike anything I've had in Italy. Great service- a teeny bit pricy, but it's worth it overall.
