Gelomarket is from the beaten stretch in castelnuovo in a parking lot near conrad supermarket. we both called or visit to make a reservation, as it is always busy. the first time we went to lunch and sat inside, which is very. we shared a prawn starter that was delicious and the food presentation was exceptional. both pastas were full of wonderful aromene. the second visit was to dinner and we sat outside and had again the garnel and then the osteria mixed meerese pasta and spaghetti with whistle and muddle high quality dishes. this is one of the best places to eat in castelnuovo.

Enjoy here with a family of 9 including 3 under 7s on a Saturday afternoon. service was friendly and we all had a main course. pasta and garnelen were good, but the sea bass had of 4 of the group was disappointing as it was... tasteless we didn't get a break of the bill and showed just a piece of karton with 9 x 15 €135! when I tried to ask this flat-rate, nobody could speak English! that was disappointing, and I felt that we had too much for what the menu showed and the language barrier was deterring further explanation.

We have eaten here three times a day when they visit castelnuovo. love eating and service is brilliant nothing is too much annoying and everyone is very attentive! highly recommended!

Here for lunch after the good reviews. we were not disappointed. this place is like a fish shop/café/restaurant with seating inside and outside. it is opposite a large parking space- so the parking space was easy. the menu included a whole series of pasta...and gnocchetti with sauce of their choice;marinara, vongole, krabben- and so on: then a catch of the day: fritto calamari, garnel and vegetables, one pot: see bass. the 4 of us had different dishes, they were all good, like the free octadous starters. the staff is friendly and helpful. it was a midday ride, so unfortunately the excellent wine choice had to pass on. 42 euro for 4.
