Al Dosso - CASTELNUOVO DEL GARDA

We had a lovely Sunday evening here. The owner was very friendly and helpful, explaining the menu and making suggestions. But all the waitstaff was really friendly and attentive. It was one of the best dinners we had in Italy, we especially loved the truffle risotto and the wild boar stew. But all dishes were really tasty and we could tell they were made with fresh, high quality ingredients. Service was also very fast by Italian standards, and the portion size was generous. We had a 4 course dinner with wine and amaro, paid 70 EUR for 2 persons which is really little considering the food. We will certainly be back!

We visited this little cosy place in Sandrà near the Lake Garda already in 2015 several times. And now again. Food is authentic and great, service is good and prices are unbeatable! It's definitely worth a visit.

Locely trattoria in a small town; fast service, good easy menu for the whole family- great prices. If you are in the area, work or fun, its a nice pit stop. Not fancy, but good price. Gets the job done
