Elraco De Can Farolet

Unfortunately we decided to have a steak. Both myself and my wife like fillet steak and that’s what we ordered. What turned up at the table was T Bone mine was medium I did order fillet medium my wife ordered medium but cooked a little longer, she received rare. We did think that the waiter might not have understood our English but the waiter was talking in English to the lady directly behind us. We will definitely not return.

Amazing! Fabulous beef. Went for the ‘best’ in the inviting display of aged meat out front. What followed was fab: the beef was brought out and cut, then a red hot stone slab was placed on the table and you were invited to cook it yourself. On the side were chargrilled vegetables and a variety of salt and pepper. Combined with lovely wine, this was a great experience! Would recommend.

This is one of the more traditional Spanish restaurants along this restaurant strip but as we were in Spain it was what we wanted to experience. The waiters were very welcoming and friendly and we received some complimentary appetisers which was great! Great selection of wine with reasonable prices. All the food we ordered was freshly cooked and delicious no frozen chips here! My entrecote steak was excellent quality and enormous but meant there was plenty to share with my children!

We noticed the tapas menu on the board outside the front of the terrace so we went and took a seat. We were brought an a la carte menu and called our waitress to ask for the tapas menu (in Spanish! She made out like she didn't know what we were talking about until I got up to show her the advertised menu at the front. She said if we wanted that menu then we had to sit inside... We would have rather sat out but decided to follow the rules and were seated (on our own inside. After a slightly unpleasant start, the food was actually really nice and the waiter inside was very kind and friendly. The bill was very, very reasonable and our evening was overall, enjoyable!
