Definitely the best bread I've hgad in a pizza: chewy, sour, you could taste the time and care that went into it. The toppings were intersting and delicious especially the nduja. It's not cheap but as soon as you eat their food you'll know why. They also stock some great groceries. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending it.
I write of the Berbere' at Via Petroni, 9/c, in Bologna, Italy. This restaurant is not posh or elegant; it is, however, even better: The location at Via Petroni is the epitome of charm, good service and superb cuisine--and it's organic. Owners Matteo (chef) and Salvatore (manager) have created a restaurant that provides no excuse for dining at home. The friendly, attentive, exceptional service from Monica, Francesco, Camilla, and other staff reflect careful training, but the warmth from each is inbred, genuine. During our month-long stay in Bologna we enjoyed excellent food at many restaurants, but it is only to Ristorante Berbere' at Via San Petroni that we returned.
Evening between friends and colleagues, pizzeria inserted in a shopping center, minimum environment, cutting menu but enough for a choice. the products are of extreme quality, the dough is really digestible and seasonal condiments .symbolic service , honest prices. I'll go back with the family.
A roses villa was built a temporary restaurant, along with rust (aperitifs cocktail). There are only types of pizza. pizzas are berbers, so good, only that they are in the size of the smurf, small. I was hungry. discreet rust cocktail, but dear. music (on undisputed quality, they are personal goti. too high. If I have to raise my voice to talk to the person in front of it is not good. you eat pizza in the cardboard (and it's fine) but it's inadmissible that can't provide fork and knife (also plastic). not everyone has teeth to knead pizza.
