Nonna Giuditta - CASTEL FOCOGNANO

The food, especially the pasta and meat, was absolutely amazing. Additionally, the waiter was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. For these reasons we went 4 times during the week we were there, it is highly recommendable!

Eleven of us came here on the last evening of our holiday at the beautiful Villa Carda just up the road. We booked a table on the terrace and had a memorable meal, especially the pizzas, calzone and veal fillet. All in all a great Tuscan Treat.

We went as a group to this restaurant 3 times in one week. We stayed in a vacation villa in the neighbourhood of lovely Castel Focognano. Really liked this restaurant! The food is really good, the atmosphere very relaxed. Both when sitting inside or outside! Once they had a nice outside family evening with pizza buffet and activities for kids that we enjoyed. The restaurant is the only one in this isolated town, but it is well worth driving up the mountain for a nice dinner!

Ottimo pranzo, cucina di qualità, piatti abbondanti e cucina tradizionale toscana. ottimi funghi fritti. la posizione è bella suggestiva il paese di castel focognano. prezzi forse un po' sopra la media e il servizio non molto veloce, ma se si desidera un pranzo fuori Domenica in tutta tranquillità consigliato!

Cena con amici all'aperto nel villaggio. Abbiamo dei primi secondi e dei dolci. tutti grandi soprattutto il primo e il taglio. nota negativa: sempre piena e bisogna prenotare in anticipo.
