Tokyo Asian Fusion - Cassina de' Pecchi

I went into today to pick up my order and let someone in before, so naturally they were served first. Ok, that's not a problem. A couple then walks in after me they were seated. Mind you the server looked straight at me and di not even acknowledge that I hadn't been served yet or asked if I was waiting or needed anything. Then, a couple that finished their food felt entitled as though they were to be checked out before I was to be seen and NO ONE, NOT A SOUL said anything. I had to step up and ask if I could pay for my food so that I could leave. The lady at the front behond the counter seemed as though I irritated her when I am the one who has the right to be irritated. I was completely ignored. Awful manners! And service!

Me and a friend went. There was an employee sleeping in the booth behind us with a jacket over his head. The wine glasses were dirty. So were the forks. The windows looked as if they’ve not been cleaned, tables felt sticky. We felt like the waitress was rushing us to leave. Seemed like she was more concerned about going on break. When I went to request a to go order, the waitress was facebooking. The food was good. But that’s the only good thing about the experience. The place needs a good cleaning. Along with the dishes.

Bento lunch is very good. The owner can make a great herbal green tea, but the waiters do not know how. They just bring Lee's green tea bag which is not the same. I wish they would learn how, the atmosphere would be more enjoyable if they did, I think.

I've had Hibachi at other places before and it was so delicious but this was a bit lacking, The rice was just that...plain rice with some egg, no sauce and no flavor. The chicken and steak was good but I've had it much more tender and flavorful at other places. The broccoli was a bit underdone for my liking. No one came back around to see if we need anything else like dessert or drinks. They only asked if we wanted a to go box and brought us the check. The atmosphere was nice and the bathrooms was also nice and clean. Parking is decent but there's no super close parking if you need it as there is a space where traffic goes between the restaurant and the parking area. So this place was okay...not my favorite by far, I may consider going back...not sure yet. Always seating when I get there. Haven't ate anything I don't like. Small and Lovely place! U must go here and try it!
