Taco Bell - Cassina de' Pecchi

Placed order took awhile to get it and had to ask for my drink

They messed our order up twice! We waited in the drive thru a very long time. This was the worst drive thru experience I've had in a long time.

Went to taco bell and ordered the large nacho fry and when I got the nacho fries in question, it came with ONE nacho cheese dip. When you think of a large fry, you would typically think it would come with a larger dip to dip it in, nope! the same size dip you would get in a normal nacho fry. I am just outraged, because I have an outrageous amount of fries left and no dip. I know you might just say to order an extra with it, but would you not think it would come with the right amount of sauce necessary for the fries? All I am saying Taco Bell is if you are going to have good fries and dip like this then step up and bless up on some bigger size cheese dip cups. The employees were nice though. Everything else was fine just this is ridiculous.

I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 cheesy bean and rice burritos and a big handful of mild sauce. The drive thru cashier was nice and quick but when I got my food one of my burritos where crunchy I think the tortilla got left on the warmer too long. Both burritos were warm on the outside and cold on the inside with super thick beans, crunchy rice and barely any nacho cheese or creamy jalapeño sauce and I was given 2 packets of mild sauce. It was disgusting but I was hungry and on my way to a doctor's appointment so I didn't have time to get a remake. I've only had this taco bell once so I'm willing to give it another chance just in case it was a bad day because they were super busy.Update:I placed a mobile order for a box and a large nacho fry on the side. The nacho fry is about a third of the way filled and stale. I paid almost 3 dollars for a LARGE nacho fry and received less than a regular.

Excellent food! They were short staffed and still came through!
