Bidra med feedbackI worked here. Everything comes frozen. The tenders come frozen and with the seasoning all ready on them . The sides come frozen in bags. The potatoes are instant but the gravy comes frozen. The bone in chicken comes frozen but is seasoned by hand. The chicken on the chicken sandwich has no spice on it. The spice comes from the mayonnaise which is Blue plate brand mixed with the spice blend from the spicy chicken seasoning mix. If you order the regular it's just plain mayonnaise with pickles. The shrimp comes in a bag like you can buy at any grocery store. The biscuits are frozen. It's a fast food restaurant there is no time to make biscuits by hand. All the chicken is hand breaded and when it's busy they can run low and have to cook more. The nuggets are cooked to order so that's why the wait time. The blackened tenders are deep fried not grilled and also cooked to order. There isn't a grill only five deep fryers and a small oven. When you're asked to pull forward it's because they are out of what you ordered or you have a large order and you can't sit in the drive thru and hold up the customers behind you. Sometimes several customers in a row place large orders so yes they can run out of chicken and have to cook more. It can only sit under the heat lamp for so long so it's cooked in small batches. They stop cooking when it gets close to closing time to save on waste so that's why if you show up 5 minutes before close you're told they are out or only have certain pieces. It takes a while to close the store down and clean. Also contrary to the reviews saying people waited in line for 30 minutes or more that would never happen. They have cameras and are watched. Also online orders or doordash are packed by the same people packing everything else so don't assume just because you ordered online it's quicker or you come first. You ordered through doordash so you have to be refunded by doordash if something you ordered is wrong or they don't have it. Also if extra sauce is not listed on the order don't ask the driver to ask for it. They are only allowed to give sauce for tenders or nuggets and then it's given by the size of the order. You will be charged per sauce if you want more or if you order something that wouldn't normally come with sauce. They don't work for doordash so orders placed at the store will come first especially if it's busy or they are short-handed. And just to let you know they can hear everything the minute you pull into the drive thru so hollering HELLO is unnecessary and very irritating. They know you're there. Just thought all this information might be helpful to people who have never worked at a fast food restaurant and get impatient.
Please yall don't eat here! ? The wide backed manager is so mean! First she mistreated the little girl working the cash register. Then she was rude to my momma. Yall beware!
Love their chicken sandwich. It is better than McDonalds chicken
Non existent service. Only the chicken is good here-not the building, not the employees, not the service and not the attitudes. This place is even closed on weekday afternoons occasionally. Also, you should always plan on pulling forward and waiting while they get your order. You will not ever get your food at the window, unless you order a sauce packet and a small water. You will be pulling forward to wait. But it’s fast food, right?
I used to work here. Substandard food safety we even were made to sell rotten chicken. I would never eat anything but their fries.
