Chalten Argentinian Food - Casselberry

What a fantastic breakfast! Chalten Bakery is a little hard to find, but it is worth it. Once you turn on Live Oaks Blvd, head over the Asian restaurant to the long white building a bit further to the right. They are right next to the yield sign. First, the coffee is great. You can get much better than the brown water at most of these breakfast places here. Good, strong, not bitter. The breakfast menu is not big, this is not one of these diner types places. We had the avocado toast. All breads and baked goods are made here and well made. Nice bread, perfectly roasted. The avocado topping was super fresh, delicious and very generous. The simple egg was perfectly cooked. The owner (a really nice guy) is the one who makes the coffee and the food, so the service is not fast, but it is definitely worth it. Handmade things well done is worth it. Chalten Bakery is such a place.

If you are looking for a healthy and tasty place to eat, don't look further. Chalten is a great place and the owners are very nice people. I definitely recommend this place! Don't forget to try their empanadas!
