Red Lobster - Casper

Potatoes were half finished, potato baked and tasted as if it were OLD! I talked to 3 different people on the phone and everything I wanted was extra sour cream, butter and cheese with my baked potato, but they said they couldn't wake me with it!

Not a fan of a seafood chain concept, but this is well organized, the staff is helpful without being over the top and the meat, both white and red, was very delicious. The vegetables could have been a bit fresher, but we were probably one of the last sessions of the day, so hard to say whether it was not just the bad luck to go too late.

Absolutely terrible, I ordered the ultimate feast with the bacon Mac and cheese, the crab had no meat in it and it was freezing and old. The shrimps were cold and old. And the macaroni had the look and texture as iff you made boxing macaroni and let it sit there for 30 minutes Then I got the garlic linguine Alfredo (pasta) and I got the linguine pasta without sauce nothing on it. Since I was most looking forward to the pasta as I am not a fan of seafood, it was mostly for my friend, we are concerned that we can get sick because of the quality of the food. I called and they said we were wrong. (Order was a phone order) but this whole time the service was absolutely terrible. I called and they hung up on me and then I called and chose to talk to someone else than to go to the Togo line, and they did not seem to know what they were even asking if they were loud to take a Togo order, and so it was very confusing if they knew what they were doing. This is very scary as with my VERY FIRST time to try red lobster as I just moved to Casper and have never lived nearby.

Love Red Lobster! Meals were fantastic and cheap. We just wanted us not to travel so far to enjoy the delicious food. One of our favorite places to dine!

During a pandemic .... all customers were placed in a small area together because they were short on staff ... we left without eating or taking off our masks! We asked to be in a different area and were refused. The lack of disregard for health and safety made it not worthy to eat there! ??
