Bidra med feedbackManagement changed and it's much cleaner. Still needs work on the cleanliness. Need to send someone around once and hour to quickly sweep up the chunks on the floor and wipe the tables of crumbs, but the food station is much cleaner. The box for the chips needs to be cleaned. You can smell the old oil in it going rancid. You guys got this! Keep working toward a cleaner work place. You got this.
We?ve never eaten at a Qdoba before. The staff was very nice and got the line moving quickly. The chicken was burned and the whole restaurant was filthy; walls, doors, floors, tables. The door mats, I?m sure, haven?t been washed in months. Not coming back.
Brittany is amazing. She's been the manager on shift both times we've visited, and she's been so helpful in answering questions and suggesting different items as well as checking for allergens. She is so friendly, and her customer service is outstanding. We met Abi for the first time today, and she is exceptional as well. Even though she wasn't on the line, she was helpful, friendly, and had an awesome, cheery attitude. They have a great teamwork and customer service style which was very appreciated, especially knowing how hard it can be to work in customer service. These two ladies made our experience awesome this evening. Qdoba lucked out hiring both Brittany and Abi, and we lucked out going in while they were both working. Thank you both!!
I've tried eating here twice just to give it a fair chance. The food is mediocre at best. It seems to be popular though so it is probably just me. I know I won't be trying a third time.
People have a typical expectation about a Qdoba... this one did not meet mine. The staff was friendly, and shorthanded, but the restaraunt was filthy. I wish I was able to take a picture, but I felt bad because I could tell the staff was already overwhelmed and didn't want to make them feel any worse as they were obviously doing thier best. The floors of the dining room were stick, as were all of the tables. The doors and soda machine had obviously not been wiped down in a while, but my biggest surprise was the condition of the floors behind the counter. The backroom is clearly visible through the line and it was bad enough we almost left when we saw it. There was food , filth, and dirt literally CAKED ok the floor... not just in one spot, but all the way to the back door. It wasn't just from not being swept or mopped that morning because it was busy, or even leaving without doing it the nights before... this had not been done for a LONG TIME. Having worked in restaurants, not only is this not acceptable, but there is NO possible way the manager. Has not seen this. I feel bad for the kids working there because they were trying thier best.... bad situation all around. We won't go back
