Bidra med feedbackThe ice cream was tasty but out of the 182 combinations, I could not get a simple butter pecan or even a butter nut or maple nut. Very disappointed I had to get some new wave candy mixed with 16 kinds of chocolate/peanut butter or a vanilla cone. Granddaughter did however loved hers.
I don?t usually give out bad reviews but I just received my grub hub order and was very disappointed. I ordered cookie dough ice cream with extra cookie dough and heath bars but what did I receive? Plain. Vanilla. Ice cream. I would understand if they were out of something and had to replace say the ice cream or heath bars or contacted me via the app to let me know but instead I was greeted by a cup of plain vanilla ice cream. Very disappointed.
Unbelievable, we went into Cold Stone tonight and there were 2 groups of people in front of my family. We had been standing in line for over 5 minutes almost 10 minutes. The little girl at the counter said she was going to serve the 1st group of people and then she was closing. Such poor customer service. She could have told us as we came in the door. Instead she sent 2 groups with children out the door. Shameful!!!!!!
This place is a must if you like ice cream or cakes made of ice cream. You can combine any of your favorite toppings to pretty much any size. My favorite is the coffee ? ice cream and a plus you can order online to pick up in store. Although the product is good, what makes or breaks a business is the customer service. Seems to be teens working around 6pm and maybe under the influence. As i walk in and wait at the counter for around 3 minutes a female employee emerged from the back to ask my name 3 time as she is gazing off into the distance. The employee?s are the face of the company and the first interaction with a customer. I would have to give the customer service a 2 of 5 and product quality and abundance of options a 5 of 5 bringing the above satisfaction to a 3 of 5.
I don't know who owns this place or what's happening but they are never fully stocked anymore, they close an hour before posted times (we've been here 3 different times over the last 6 months after dinner and they were closed), the place is grubby and dirty, and they are looking shabby. Having had restauranteurs in my family all my life, the state is this place suggests it's closing down. If the owner wants to avoid further bad reviews, they should close for a week and do a thorough deep clean and repair, fire the employees and start over, and keep stock up and fresh. The franchise would be beyond upset to encounter this place. When you can't get any of the most popular ice creams on a Tuesday afternoon and you're told that they haven't received their supply truck, something needs to change and fast. We're not coming back until that happens.
