Cashiers Valley Smokehouse

Best BBQ I ever had that! The hush puppies are very addictive. Everything is sooo tasty and tasty. The staff is amazing. I've been working in Cashier for almost 30 years and the New Owners really made this place special. In a mediocre food and service world, this place rises above expectations.

We stopped here on the way to Hayesville, NC from South Carolina. I'm picky when it comes to bbq and this place passed the test... It's great! I liked the vinegar sauce most but the sweet BBQ sauce was good too. Best hushpuppies I've ever had, homemade chips were very good and plentiful.

Years ago, the Smokehouse was great. Then it was terrible. Now it's back. The eastern sauce was fantastic! Barbecue was tender and savory- perfectly smoked. Serving size was generous. Tots were perfect! Not the best I've had, but really good food. Will absolutely go back.

Great food, wonderful atmosphere, and the staff was amazing. Will be back for sure. Bringing friends next time

Well that was fantastic! I read some of the one star reviews and aside from the petty complaints I don?t know what those people are complaining about! This food was great! The smoked turkey was juicy and had tons of smoke flavor! The slaw was exactly how I like it and the collards needed no vinegar. The only ?complaint? I could possibly have is that I only got 1 hush puppy but I can?t complain there because had they gave me 3 or 30 I would have eaten them all! It was that good. If I?m ever back this way I?ll be sure to stop! Oh and the portions? More than enough!
