Delicious food! Lots of flavor! Not just bland, boring food!

Terrible chicken wings real dry pre battered burnt... chicken quesadilla had to much shredded chicken in it with cheese that didn't melt

This place is a little hard to review because we went there for the first time just before dinner time on a weekend (Sunday) Cinco de Mayo, so I do not believe it was a great representation of a typical day. The place was packed, and there appeared to be tons of staff that were on the move constantly. Every single person on the staff I interacted with was very, very kind.Everything was clean, the food was good, and the drinks were good, but the service did seem disorganized...like they just staffed up for the day, but didn't have any system or plan for handle to handle a packed house. I won't go into the story of the whole meal, but I have the sense that this is a great place to go when it's not so packed.They need a plan or to prep the staff better when it is busy because we didn't just for example get our meals and then not get utensils until we flagged someone down 5 minutes later. They also forgot to include 3 drinks on our bill, which we told them about when paying. It would have been cheaper for us of course if we hadn't said anything, but to see the staff and business go without $30 (or more on some tables' bills, which I'm sure A LOT of people never said anything about) is really unfortunate, when the staff was so kind, the food was good, they were clearly working their butts off, etc.

Going in on Cinco de Mayo I feared we'd have a long wait...only waited 10 min to get seated. The Pollo Loco I had was AMAZING!! Es MAGNIFICO!!

The food was ok this time. I've been before and I was highly satisfied with the food but this time it was just ok. I didn't get all my food out at the same time and it wasn't as flavorful as before.
