O Rolhas Cervejaria - Cascais

The first time we ate here were when they just opened their restaurant. 6 months later we came back and the food still tasty and same standard. The paella was good and full of meats. Grilled fish was fresh and yummy. Nice service. It may be difficult to find but from Cascais train station just grab a cab and the cost is only 5 euro. We will return again soon.

We were served a variety of all their best dishes, and everything was excellent. Wonderful starters then fish, seafood, pork, vegetables, and everything cooked to perfection in Portuguese flavors. Definitely a place to go, if you want a selection of some of the best this part of the world has to offer.

This restaurant is located off the tourist path of Cascais, but serves fantastic food at very reasonable prices. My family and I had the opportunity to visit the restaurant on two occasions. Steaks and seafood, as well as paella was tasty. The proprietor, Paolo is very friendly and knowledgeable and speaks very good English. Value for money is very good, its not that difficult to get to (can walk from midtown and taxi costs about 5 euros) and the service is impeccable. Paolo brought his skills learned around the world back to Portugal to his hometown and established this restaurant very recently. The menu reflects his local knowledge, but seasoned with many different dishes that he brought back with him.
