McDonald's - Cascades

We thought after a park planet for $1 drinks for the kids. the half of them slept during the short drive in and the drive thru line was long so we curbsid order. when the woman brought out our drinks, she said rudely to us when you came after your drinks, I tried to be polite, but she refused to say anything else. I get that drinks can get hard, but gotten, I just wanted a service they offer. disappointed.

Had a pick-up order. they forgot the water, then I realized they forgot the whole happy food. I did it. I was too home and the half of the happy meal was missing, and they also wobbled and pickles on the Qtr-Peunder when we asked for nothing.

This is hands down the WORST McDonald's and that's saying a lot as most are pretty bad.Was told cash only when I tried to place my order. They didn't seem to want to actually work late at night.Then, I was told 3 different totals by two different employees3 different totals....I think this place is charging whatever they want and pocketing the cash. Might want to look into this one corporate...

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. There always seems to be a problem. If it’s not my order being wrong its the staff who seems to not want to work at night. I placed my mobile order in and arrived to McDonald’s. When I arrived the lady at the window tells me they only taking cash. I told her my mobile order was already in. She didn’t care and went back to talking on the phone to whoever. Keep in mind this is not the first time this happens. If the manager is anything like these worker then they should be fired ASAP for allowing this to happen. I want my money back!!!

You've got to work a lot harder when you're across the street from a Chick-fil-A. I waited 13 minutes for my food this morning and watched several other people have to pull up and wait as well.
