Vince's Italian - Cascade-Fairwood

Bianca pizza: garlic, olive oil, mozzarella. The crust was light, airy, delicious. Soo good, as always.

Service is improving at this restaurant, I am glad. Food is hit or miss. The pizzas are delicious, always.

I think this is the first Italian restaurant I've found that I could eat every day and lose weight. I spent $31 on my meal and what did I get? I got an 8 oz Italian soda, 3 slices of eggplant, some cheese, some sauce, a couple pieces of bread, and a small slice of cake. This is the first time I've spent over $20 at a restaurant, eaten desert, and still left hungry. The food tastes good and is cooked well, I will give them that. The portion sizes are just too small.

I have been eating here since it opened in 1957. It has always been a pleasure to visit for both the great food and service.
