Flunch Italia - CASAMASSIMA

Like the killer returning to the crime site, after years of absence, I returned to the Flunch catering service in the shopping center hoping that something had changed or with a minimum of improvement. I thought it was hard to make the situation worse, but I have the pleasure of communicating that they managed great.... Quality of food and preparation of squalid dishes if not non-existent. Oil/ vinegar seasonings no longer in bottles at the counter, but in single-port and bad quality bags and probably to limit its use. In counterpart cost more than doubled. Un annoyed, bored and in some cases clearly rough and uneducated (at a pass attendant I asked if it was possible to have a coffee at the table or if I had to order it at the bar : go, go, if I go to take it was the incredible answer. All in a standardized assembly chain for use and consumption of a closed clientele that has lost the legacy of its origins.

Great place to take a spritz while shopping. Powerful Spriz and perfect service. To remake

I put 2 only for the rudeness of the employee to the buffet of the outlines....ready to answers little friendly both with me and with others from what I have seen

Friendly staff, helpful and friendly, including Mr Onofrio! Having to deal with people is not easy at all!
