Burgerlab - CASAL DI PRINCIPE

I was in the week from Burgerlab with my girlfriend to try her sandwich, having already tasted that of other locals in the area. With great amazement, considering the least fame compared to other more blasons, I have eaten the best sandwich for many years. The meat is really gourmet, of absolute quality. The appetizers were all handcrafted and delicious, embellished with sauces made in houses, and in particular the one on the pistachio the best ever tasted. My sandwich was huge, the bocconcini were of a well-known dairy in the area and fresh, delicious. Meatballs like grandma's, idem la parmigiana di melanzane. The burger of real quality of the Marche. All at an honest price (14 euro per head for starters, sandwiches and drinks) in a cool, airy, clean, spacious room in full compliance with the covid standards.
