Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Casa Grande

Terrible service and food. They were somehow out of non-spicy chicken at lunch! Most of the kitchen staff were doing nothing, despite being lunch hours with customers around. Cup lids were missing and didn?t fit when we asked for a restock. Got our order wrong, when all we asked for was spicy strips and a side. The chicken was bad too. I wouldn?t believe it was spicy chicken if it wasn?t red around the crust. It was extremely bland and dry. This place was so bad that it was my last straw for Popeyes. I am tired of underwhelming, overpriced food. Chick-fil-a has been better every time.

The chicken was old and dry, the tenders were mostly fried flour. The fries, Mac n cheese (still good) red beans rice were warm, not hot. I came from Stanfield and was very disappointed. I know you can do better.

The workers are so used of having customers cuss them out they were scared to tell me that it would be about 30 minutes for my order because everything had to be made fresh and we had a big order. I felt bad for the young girl and made sure to let her know that I'd rather wait 30 minutes for fresh food than to be given soggy food and be out of there in less than 10 minutes. People can be so mean to food service workers ????

We visit from oklahoma. hands down, the best service and eat that we have from a popeyes in many states, including my own. the gentleman who took our order was very patient and helpful. only on the side I was not the spicy offers I ordered, but I got regular and I am not even annoyed because everything was so fresh and amazing. stop the good workers!

I love absolutely cole Slav there. I wanted to buy a gallon. they also enjoy there mac n cheese, but always seem sold out. they have the best and most filling spicy chicken sandwiches in the city. love that they send out workers to take orders to keep driving through the line a movement. I can have 10 cars in front of me and almost don't stop, but then I'm in no time through the line. love this place!
