Bidra med feedbackI tried this place when I was in Chesapeake,VA and had the best drink and experience, so on my way home I decided to stop here because they don't have it in my area.... Selene, who excited us and made our drink, was very rude and acted just like a customer who appears, is only a great inconvenience for them.... to make it worse, I think she has specifically irrigated our smoothies! I heard her colleagues tell here how there are only 2 water pumps going into my drink and she insisted that it was 3. Needless to say, my and my men Bahama Mama was watery, disgusting and tasted like strawberry water. Very unhappy, 12 dollars paid only to throw 3 sips and away. Do not recommend this page!
Excellent!!! I ordered my pair on the app, it was ready when I got there, but more importantly everything was perfect. The peanut butter Banane Crunch Flatbread is one of my favorites, but it can be difficult to keep the honey on the right amout so that the mess is minimal and Granola fall everywhere. This sandwich was perfect. Thanks PS.. my island Green Smoothie was also great.
Customer service was great! Smoothies always taste great. The guy in the register was so friendly even though he was here since 6:00! Give him a raise.
Absolutely terrible experience. This place is a embarrassment of the Tropical Smoothie Franchise. The workers don't care about the customers at all. They want to make smoothies and throw the sandwiches together. This is my third time at this point and every time I am angry and disappointed about the service and quality of food. I'll never return. Everyone else should go somewhere else or go to Smoothie King to get a quality smooth. The last time I left, the workers did not make my smoothie and made the next 5 people smoothies. At this point I asked about mine and was told that I never ordered one, although I had the entrance. Then they said we'll take care of it and after 10 minutes of waiting, they had still done my smoothie so I left. Absolutely terrible. Workers are rude.
Ordered the jerk chicken wrap WITHOUT the pineapple salsa. Confirmed twice at the counter, the girl at the register even asked the other girl in the back to how to remove the pineapple on the computer. Before receiving our meal we were told they were out of lettuce and if it was ok if they subbed it with spinach. We said of course it was ok and reminded her that I didnt want the pineapple salsa on the wrap. On the 1st bite I took, guess what? Pineapple salsa!
