The service is amazing! The waiters/waitresses are extremely polite and do their utmost to make sure you have a delightful experience! This one waitress named Sally is super nice! She’s very friendly and knows how to make you feel at home. The atmosphere is just as amazing and most importantly the food—the food is spectacular! They have a menu full of various different meats and vegetables that you can eat till your hearts content and they have a sauce bar where you can create your own dipping sauce! Overall, this place is absolutely worth your time and I will definitely be visiting again :

Just echoing all the reviews, this place is super authentic (with items like chicken feet, tendon and pork knuckles) and as legit as it gets! I was only here for myself, so options are a bit more limited, but not limiting..if you get what I mean. The menu is great, the quality awesome. I ordered lamb Mala Tang, which is a veggie+protein soup, with customizable heat options. I ordered medium, and it was perfectly spicy (for me..I have a high tolerance). It was accompanied by peanuts and flavorful pickled veggies to offset the heat. The wait staff was soooo friendly and courteous helping me through their extensive menu. So nice! Best to come back with more peeps to try out the larger hot pot items. They do have a mini-pot for individuals though. I'll be back!

We had a great time coming here for dinner. The atmosphere is great, and the table had a great layout to accommodate parties of all sizes. Our server was super nice, too. The food was all high-quality, good cuts of meat, and they had plenty of options. They had a pretty standard, but well kept and stocked suace bat. Great place to go if you are looking for a pay for what you want hotpot experience.Vegetarian options: There were plenty of vegetarian options

Came here with my family for my 18th birthday dinner and it was AMAZING! I've been here one time before a couple years ago with a friend, and it was really good! Our server Mackenzie was especially amazing, she was very helpful with explaining how to order and how the menu worked to my family, whom has never been here before. The power went out a couple times due to a thunderstorm at the time, and her and the rest of the workers were still on task and attentive to our tables. The power turned off our soup tables and every time she turned them back on for us. We also wanted to get two bowls of the yin yang option, and our original table had two hot plates but only one working, and she was super nice about us wanting to get a table with both working and luckily another table was leaving at the same time snd we got theirs when it was done being cleaned. She was kind and funny, and always made sure we had our water and soup topped off and that we were doing okay and our questions were answered. I was also brought out Rice cakes w/ brown sugar syrup for free for my birthday, and it was really good!! I had never had it before. I also got the fried buns with condensed milk bc i remembered how much i loved them from last time. This is a really great place to come eat for good prices! They are vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free friendly with great service and a wide variety of options!! Will come back again. We spent $100 on the four of us, which is pretty average for us when we go out to eat as a family of four. (and hotpot can be considered a more expensive restaurant to go out to eat for. I have become a regular here. The food is absolutely amazing and bursting with flavor. And it is actually extremely spicy if you want it to be! Betty was our server and was so attentive, always refilling drinks quickly without having to ask, making recommendations and even made us sauces! Super fun experience, great service and great flavor!
