Todays reception lady is the nicest. Not busy, and very nice place

No one in line and yet they still got my drink wrong. When I returned to get the correct drink, the server refused to take back the wrong drink. STARBUCKS POLICY IS THEY DO NOT TAKE BACK WHAT THEY PASS THRU THE WINDOW. SAFETY REASONS???? THEIR STAFF HAS TOUCHED THE PRODUCTS, IT IS THEIR ERROR AND I DON'T GET WHY THE TRASH BECOMES MY PROBLEM WHEN THEY HAVE A PLACE TO DISPOSE OF THE WRONG PRODUCTS.

This Starbucks consistently provides excellent service. My go to is always the London Fog with almond milk. Iced ones can be a bit hit or miss because of the tea's brewing time, but here my drink was perfectly made. The tea flavor came through and it was great. I seriously appreciate being able to get my favorite frei können even in the summer!

Manager/staff loudly cracks her gum every 20 seconds and you can hear over headphones.

I usually don't make negative reviews, but with this being my closest Starbucks, and the frequency of issues that I experience here I feel that it is necessary. Most of the time when visiting the Starbucks my order is incorrect. This is the only Starbucks location that I have had this many problems with. I have a dairy allergy and more than three times I have been given dairy milk despite asking for alternative milks. While staff members are usually nice, the inaccuracy of my drinks will be the reason I take my business elsewhere.
