Red Lobster - Cary

My experience was excellent from seating to service. Food was also great! Enjoyed the new menu selections and my server was the best. Going to visit again soon.

Food was great as usual, but the service has gone downhill... Servers seem disinterested, you have to ask for cutlery multiple times, there is no one checking on you periodically either! That too on a not a busy evening by any stretch of imagination! Coming to food, no complaints there... Tried the Lobster, Shrimp and Salmon trio with mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli... And the Lobster Lover?s Dream ? Roasted rock lobster tail, butter-poached Maine lobster tail and lobster-and-shrimp linguini in a creamy lobster sauce... This was outstanding and is a must try... Tried the premium side Creamy Langostino Lobster Mashed Potatoes which was melt in your mouth stuff... And of course the Cheddar Bay biscuits... They can't go wrong on the food but the service needs to improve!

Have good access the wait list was like 30 minutes but this can change the food taste good but the time of waiting for the food. And the waitress even let me wait so much for bring to me the orders for go. We wait almost 1h. Since we get there till the food was on the table. But flavor was good one.

Salad was wilted. Cheddar biscuits were not fresh. Service was great. Food not so much. Red lobster use to be a dinner experience. What happened? They give up? Sure feels like it.

My husband and I went on a cute little impromptu date night. Our server was really nice and knowledgeable. She suggested the red sangria over the white sangria and I loved it. Our cheddar bay biscuits were delicious and hot. Our food came out quickly. I got the filet with Brussels sprouts and loaded mashed potatoes. I really enjoyed my meal minus the Brussels sprouts because they were hard and not edible but the sauce and seasoning was delicious on them. My husband went with the endless shrimp and enjoyed the different variations but was a little disappointed that they were out of the sauce for the coconut shrimp. Nevertheless we had a great experience and though there seemed to be a lot of people there because there was hardly any parking, they spaced everyone out so it seemed like it wasn?t super packed. We will visit again!
