Ramendobo Noodle - Cary

The quality has really gone downhill. Had the Garlic Bomb today and have to say it's waaaaay different from what I had before (the portion, the taste, the price). It's just sad because it used to be a very good place to have ramen.

When they first opened they had really great food and portions. They still offer tasty food but, the portion sizes are less. I ordered the Garlic Bomb which used to come with 3 slices of Chashu Pork, then it started coming with 2 slices, now it comes with 1 slice… for $15.50+tax. It just isn't worth going back for the price.

Despite it being extremely busy, the food is always fantastic. They even gave us a free appetizer for the long wait (Pork Gyoza so delicious). What they didn't know is I chose this for my birthday dinner so it was a nice gesture regardless!

This place is incredible and always hits the spot. The owner Debby and her family are so nice and always make you feel welcome! If you are looking for a good spot to grab some noodle dishes, this is definitely one of them.

Great ramen, the broth is super rich. If you’re in the mood for a rice bowl I have to recommend the Kahlua rice bowl which is Hawaiian style. The seasoned soft boiled eggs are also perfectly jammy, next time I would get an extra one for my ramen!
