Traditional Japanese cuisine. The only place I found in the triangle is genuine Japanese food. Your menu also includes basic Japanese meals from great sushi to everyday meals such as Katsudon. Having lived in Japan for more than 10 years, I was really looking forward to an authentic meal and Kashin gave it.

A gem in a strip mallThis is the best ramen I've had in the Triangle, and the sushi is also worth mentioning.

There is something to be said for going to a privately own restaurant run by a sushi artist and that is "Five Stars".
