Terrible food (but I guess no one really goes there for the food. Very loud, lots of flashing lights, music very loud, too many televisions, over stimulating is the name of the game here.

We went here knowing the food is just ok because the kids like to play games. The service was pretty slow and the music was super loud- hard to hear but the kids enjoyed it

My family and I had reservations for 7pm on Christmas Day. We got there at 6:45pm. The line was out the door and no one was at the host stand. We waited 30mins for someone to show up. When an employee finally showed up to the host stand we were told that we could not be seated due to staffing and we were given coupons to come back. As we were leaving we were approached by two other families that were seated, but never received any food. They apparently waited over an hour. Worst experience we’ve ever had at a restaurant.

They completely overbooked reservations. I waited an hour past our booked time only to be told that it could still be another 45 minutes. I eventually placed (an hour and a half later) a to go order where the bar staff had to tell the kitchen staff twice that it was a to go order. This restaurant was not prepared to be opened on Christmas. There were a ton of open tables but not enough staff to provide adequate service. Hopefully next year, they decide to close.

Made a reservation on OpenTable. When we arrived, parking lot was empty and there were very few customers seated. However we were told that there were only 2 people in the kitchen so menu was limited to only fried food and appetizers. Serve was so, so bad; not just slow but also really just not nice. Food came out cold and undercooked (even though we ordered the limited menu as asked). Some food did not arrive at all. Ended up paying for everything anyway because it would have taken too long to get adjusted. Will not be back.
