This is one of the cleanest and newest Bojangles I've been to in a while. It wasn't very busy when we visited around lunchtime, but it was open to the public. The customer service representative was very attentive and understood our order well. I was thrilled to see that the sweet potato turnover is back on the menu after being gone for about a year. I give this Bojangles a 9 out of 10. We will definitely be returning.
Worst bojangles I?ve was dead. Always a problem. So glad they built them on walnuts. Always out of food. Wait 30 minutes for chicken. Slow staff. Order a 3 piece dark and get a wing and a chest with a thigh.
An 8 PC ordered. Tailgate with potatoes and engraving, claws and a big engraving on the side. I got 8 PC chickens, a big dizzy that was stone cold, a small severity with half of it spilled on my Cole Slav, and no side of great gravity. I said hello to the boy who grabbed my bag and everything he did was a dirty look. I hate to say it, but I think he messed up my order for what I was. It won't go back!
I?ve seen two cockroaches inside and some ants. Ever since Fidel left, the service and my experience at this location has been terrible. I have received the wrong order, missing stuff from my order. Most of the employees here are rude and look like they don?t even want to be there. Fidel was always kind and helpful. Since Fidel left I have been there a total of 3 times. Once, I received someone else?s order, another time one of the employees threw a bunch of sauces in my dads face, and the other time they employee at the drive thru was super rude and gave me cold food.
