Roast - Carthage

I was hesitant to eat here after looking at the menu because nothing jumped out at me as something I would like. In the end I opted for the roast beef sandwich and a side of sweet potato tots both were excellent! The roast beef is my new favorite sandwich. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. The people working take pride in their job and it is reflected in the experience. Will definitely return.

I love the protein power bowl at Roast! It's delicious and the addition of the vegan chicken with sweet and sour sauce makes it even better. Great lunch spot!

We have had great experiences with dine in and take out. Ordering online is easy and we have never had issues with our online orders. The staff is awesome and very friendly. The food at Roast is amazing, delicious, and always fresh. They have unique sandwiches and they never disappoint. My son likes the Chef’s Roast Beef sandwich and the potato wedges. I have enjoyed the Keto Caesar Crunch salad, the Chicken Caesar Crunch wrap, General Tso’s Bahn Mi Chicken sandwich, adult chicken nuggets, and I love the sweet potato tater tots. We look forward to trying all the other sandwiches and salads soon. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Great mellow atmosphere! The owner when available is very friendly and cordial. Real nice guy.The food is always amazing and usually enough to bring home for later.Buy a T-shirt!!!
