Pizza Hut - Carthage

Unbelievable! This place was terrible. They had a sign in the chair wait to be seated, we waited and then were told to seat ourselves. One couple in there besides us and took longer than expected to take our order.One of the lady's working there stuck her hand down the back of her pants several times and was coughing without covering her mouth. Never washed her hands.Brought out salads with no utensils to eat it with. Had to ask for them. Ordered cheese breadsticks and got regular. Ordered cheesy alfredo pasta on the menu they gave us chicken alfredo and when we said what we ordered they said that was all they had. My husband showed the lady what we ordered on the menu she said they would fix it.We ended up leaving and going somewhere else. What a joke, we will not be back to give them our business.

I’ve been to this location many times in my life. It used to be the place my family met every weekend to go out and eat and have fun. My family decided after a few years to come back today to check it out and eat. It seems the place is being remodeled..? Or something it’s so gloomy. The customer service was absolutely awful. There were two girls working, one girl kept slipping her hand down her pants ? and the other was just walking around, no cares in the world. A couple was in here along with my family, we were the only people in and now I see why. They wouldn’t listen when people tried to call them over, they gave us dirty utensils and we had ordered cheese bread and they came out with just regular bread. She gave us someone else’s order and got our other orders wrong multiple times. It overall was just an awful experience. We are never going back. -1/10 unbelievable..

The service lady would put her hand in her pants and had no gloves on and didn’t wash her hands

I am usually not one to complain publicly but I am so disappointed in our local hometown customer service. If anyone I worked with while working in the restaurant industry had of acted and treated a customer with the disrespect and attitude (I was treated with tonight) would have been fired on the spot. Horrible customer service, rude employees, rude assistant manager, bad attitude and locked doors before closing time. After pulling out the phone and recording attitude changed from assistant manager but the other employee attitude got worse. It was a much better establishment when Mrs. Pam, Mrs. Loretta, Mrs Deloris, and other family members ran the business.

This place will now offer you gambling advertisements disguised as deals after you checkout online. Absolutely disgusting.
