Starbucks - Cartersville

Today was my birthday, and the quality was really good. Was able to spend time with my family.

First off the young man that works there isn’t friendly or maybe he just has a hard time talking to people (not sure) I’ve had an issue a couple times now when ordering a drink and asking for more than 3/4 of an inch of oatmilk, that I GET CHARGED extra for, and being told that more would be considered a latte. Paying over $6 for an Americano and being charged for that tiny amount of milk is CRAZY. Looks like I will do my best to come shopping with a coffee already in hand.

Worker did not say anything when I walked up. Super awkward, just stared at me so I proceeded to order. Definitely hated their job.

I think it's wonderful that this location hires mutes because it can be really hard to find good employment with a disability. It would be good if they had some way to signal that your coffee is done though, like maybe a bell or something that way you don't have to just wait and wait when your coffee was actually already done and sitting on the counter for some time.

Love this place, love going here. All the employees are super sweet.
