Cici's - Cartersville

It was great. Good food. A friend. His first time. He really enjoyed it. Clean. Family atmosphere.

It hates to give this review, but this place has gone south of DOWN HILL Go inside and managers sit on a bar stool in the register to take money, he never pulled away from that chair while we were there as no customers he played on his phone. Salad bar was okay. THE PIZZA had been there for a while I had 3 slices of spinach, which was good it was fresh, but others were hard on the ground. Bread sticks good, but dessert? the cinnamon rolls u could only eat up the floors was hard like a rock. The custard and apple pizza was hard and the custard was dried out, did not try brownies because I don't like brownies. IM not sure whether the same owner, but the owner use to Rome location also and over the years we have never got this bad quality product. WILL must really think if we ever get back to this place

The menu shrinks, which is regrettable. They used to have the Bavarian dessert pizza much (half and half with another desert pizza) but the last serval times we have? go away it?s always smaller and smaller (not half and half). The filled crust pizza is no longer available unless you pay a pizza on the buffet. You don't want this pizza to allow a personal ?custom? Pizza with the buffet, you have to pay for a whole pizza on the buffet fees. There were some other pizzas I didn't see much of the last time. Just kind of crooked. I hope they read reviews and use them to improve.

This location is really on the hill last year. The older gray headed lady (possibly asst. Manager) is very rude and unfriendly for customers!!! The last manager I knew was Steve. He was always great!

This was a terrible restaurant, dirty and no gloves in employees when making pizzas, nothing telling you what kind of pizzas there was and some burned. No communication from employees at all. Things advertised on menu online not even offered in store. Not sure last time floors or bathrooms cleaned but could tell it had been quiet awhile. How they got a 100 score on health sheet is beyond me. Save yourself a trip and go elsewhere, I know I will never be back.
