Pizzería Villa Italia - Cartago

I really wanted pizza while in Costa Rica (mostly it is a cheeseburger, but that is definitely not the country for an American style burger due to low fat content). I was worried that this might not be a great place for pizza, but I was wrong. The pizza here was authentic Italian with a large crust and sauce (not sure what kind of tomatoes they use). But the vegetables in Costa Rica are fabulous and make a better pizza.

Extremely delicious food, came all the way from New Jersey to explore Costa Rica. I found this restaurant to be 5 stars great service, great ambience. Try several dishes Auberginen parmersan and chicken will take your mouth into the sky. I'll be back to Cartago Costa Rica.

Good pizza, many choices, excellent portions, really good prices. We had 2 large pizzas, two garlic toast and 2.5 litres of soda for about $32, which fed our family of six and left a full pizza box of remains. Great!

It's a very beautiful place. Good food and reasonable price.

I ate a calzone and its was amazing, truly recommended
