Gubser Ticino - Cartago

A family-run restaurant with beautiful ambience, the owners are very friendly. The pasta was very delicious, just like Risotto (still a little oversalted). My main complaint is that portions are enormous are two people can easily share a dish. We took our remains with us, and also other customers.

We have eaten here today (family of three). We thought the menu was excellent. Prices are very cheap for quantity and quality. We felt welcome by the staff. We don't eat pigs and wanted to try the rösti potatoes, and they were more than happy to put us and make it without the bacon; still delicious! My son and I had pasta dishes: He chose a pleasant pasta pomodoro while I had a garlic and eggplant sauce pasta. I don't know if the pasta is made by hand or not, but it was excellent. The sauces were very tasteful. We sat outside on the balcony and had to enjoy the view of the basilica while eating. We definitely recommend this place.

Absolutely delicious! Authentic Swiss cuisine served with love in a warm and comfortable atmosphere. I haven't really eaten roast since my grandmother died; thanks, Gubser Ticino, for a wonderful meal!!!!

Delicious, authentic food. The German sausage plate was just as we were in Germany last time. We also tried the Risotto all delish. Friendly staff, highly recommended!

A lot of food with great quality at a fair price, it overflows with love from the authentic European chef.
