Casa Del Marinero - Cartagena

In the siesta last Saturday we visited the restaurant casa del marinero again. we went for today's menu 10 eur, where there are various choices for appetizer, main course and dessert, plus they get salat plus drinks as well as, water, beer or wein e.g. and coffee natural and all for 10eur. I write about this restaurant because it has incredibly good eating. there is no michelin restaurant, but a really good Spanish cuisine, so they will not be disappointed after they visited it. my wife chose a tortilla while I chose boquerone for beginners. these fish were cooked in a very exquisite way and my wife believes that tortilla was also good, but I was probably the happiest. for the main course would like my wife fish, merluza, a kind of cadical, very tasty while I got paella. for dessert my wife liked a cream de catalan while I had a delicious cheesecake and for that we have the delicious white wine and red wine as well as coffee. it was a very tasty meal. we can only recommend. it is just so nice to sit outside and enjoy the street life, beautiful and quiet in a delicious Saturday afternoon sun.

A typical Spanish restaurant with Spanish food and a very good kitchen. nice personal service and with very cheap trips. the restaurant is located on the main street of la manga, that is, it is heavy traffic, but much to see...at this can be very beautiful, especially outside the season where there is not so much in general. they are welcome to eat a good meal, for example, I recommend their paella, or just to get a chupito and a tapas. totally unpredictable. very popular among the natives who live in the opposite, so it could be difficult to have tables at certain times what I think is a good sign.
