The Human Bean - Carrollton

This afternoon I went and got a simple bagel with cream cheese. the young lady was friendly and I didn't have to wait in the line. But if I knew I had a bagel harder than an elephant tulip and Rhino skin, I wouldn't have ordered it. it was as if I had eaten a bit of a disgust. the half of it was burned and I didn't want to make a dental appointment trying to eat this. So I've rejected the rest. cost 3.50 for the bagel probably ate a 1.25 of them. I experience in the generally great service and food quality. I guess today wasn't one of those days.

My husband and I love this location and try to go here whenever we both have a day off. I enjoy the syrup selection and the non-dairy milk options! We always have a good experience here.

The Baristas could not help at all when it comes to finding gluten free options. When I went to an alternative website I was able to find out that all syrups are gluten free; when I advised the barista to the information I was completely brushed off. Very frustrating when all they had to do was check the ingredients and train their baristas.Now on a side note for the party that I was with who do not have gluten free allergies, coffee was “ok.” They do have a lot of sugar free syrup flavors.

I like the chocolate covered coffee bean on top of drinks. And the convenience of the drive-thru. That said it’s not the best coffee or food around.

Wow! Great coffee. Cute little coffee shop. The barista made my drink spot on! Go see Leticia for a great brew! She made me a salted caramel cold brew...yummy! And her coworkers Evelyn and Ariel were awesome too. Very friendly and good vibes!
