Jersey Mike's Subs - Carrollton

Worst experience ever today. The manger on shift was very rude. I went with my friend Dannielle to get her mobile that was supposed to ready at 12 I understand if it was like 10 min late but we waited until 12:45 to get the sandwich but before that they tried to give yes the wrong order twice. I politely told them both times that was not the right order The manger Xavier literally got rude with me and told me well it 's already made and we can 't remake it so you are going ahead to take this sandwich . The sandwich that he was trying to give me what was not my sandwich at all and after that he throw the bag down and I understand sometimes tentions get high it was busy he was being blatantly rude for no reason. Also they didn 't cut the sandwich at all and I got a giant.

My parents tried to eat here today and we’re met with nothing but rudeness from one of your employees. My mother has a severe allergy to tomatoes and asked for a sandwich to be cut in half so she and my father could share it. One of your employees, who they assumed was a manager due to his uniform, refused to cut it before placing toppings on it and eventually told my parents to leave and stormed away. After he stormed away my father heard him say “I’m not taking orders from a white woman”. So we will not be back and will be contacting someone about his lack of customer service.

We attempted to order a large sandwich, at Jersey Mike's in Carrollton. We wanted it cut in half so that I would not have tomatoes on my half since I am allergic to them. The employee said he would make the sandwich whole, put tomato on half, then cut it. We asked him to cut it first because we didn't want to risk tomato getting on my half. He told us not to tell him how to do his job because he was very good at it. I said no please cut it first. He then threw the sandwich away and asked us to leave. While we were leaving, my husband overheard him say no white woman was going to tell him how to do his job.

I don't know anyone who doesn't like jersey mikes esp this one! Their Italian sub is always fresh and delicious. My husband always gets the big Kahauna. We travel the whole country for work and the subs are beyond the best! Employees are always friendly! I had one bad experience and the owner John got in touch with me and rectified the situation immediately! That goes a long way and we sure do appreciate it! We won't eat subs anywhere else but here!

The college aged employees act like you're disturbing them when you enter the restaurant to order as well as when you ask for your subs to be dressed how you like it, instead of how they want to dress it. They also tend to burn their bread or are out of some bread varieties. I say this because they tend to be out of wheat bread quite a bit. Unfortunately, their really awesome and nice original General manager moved on. But, you can find her at separately owned by another owner Jersey Mike's location in Bremen, GA.
