Bidra med feedbackTried it out and was not disappointed. Food was fairly priced and the portions were huge. I usually am able to eat my entire portion but this one I had to save for later. Lady at the front was very nice and friendly.
I been eating take outs from here for a year, never had an issue, never seen a roach, and never got food poisoning. Food is delicious. Best Chinese food for miles! Other than that customer service and my food is always good. I?m glad I didn?t feed intothe bad reviews.
Delivery times have stretched to 50-70 minutes, and while we were initially okay with that time frame, anticipating our meals accordingly, it has recently escalated to over two hours. We've even gone out of our way to tip generously for the drivers since we live on the outskirts of their delivery area. The last two times we've ordered, it took over two hours, and when we called to inquire about our order, we were given misleading information—told it was on the way, only to wait another 30 minutes without delivery. When we called again, we were told the delivery was right around the corner, yet we continued to wait. There was no acknowledgment or apology for the delay, and eventually, our calls were ignored because their system flagged our phone number and address. Instead, we were sent to an automated system claiming they were too busy to take calls. I tried to be as polite and understanding as possible throughout these two unfortunate incidents, but this is simply unacceptable. Waiting three hours for Chinese food delivery is absurd, and the apparent effort to evade customer communication is truly disappointing.
Customer service definitely needs some work. The young man with glasses at the front register should be trained on proper customer greetings when people walk in. Additionally, he should avoid using his cell phone while processing orders, as it comes across as unprofessional and rude. I strongly recommend that management address this behavior. Good customer service seems to be lacking in many places these days, especially compared to just a few years ago.
I ordered the Kung Pao chicken, and it was quite disappointing. There were far too many peanuts, and every piece of chicken was chewy, gray, and nearly inedible. The dish lacked bell peppers and was mostly made up of celery, looking nothing like the photos on their website. I also got a side of plain fried rice, which was the only thing I could eat. The chicken dumplings tasted like they were frozen and pre-made, and the crab rangoons were overly sweet on the inside and also tasted pre-made. The only decent item was the Chinese fried donuts. Ultimately, I ended up throwing most of it away after just a few bites. I ordered chicken fried rice for my husband, and he only took one bite before tossing it in the trash. This was the worst Asian food I've had in Carrollton, a place known for its strong Asian food and culture. I spent over $50, and it was a complete waste of money.
