Fresh of the ferry I needed some lunch. I have had a supermacs on my last trip to Dublin so I eyed this branch up as a good place to stop on the way to my holiday accommodation. This particular branch is on a retail park just off the M1 motorway. It was reasonably busy but we was served quickly. The young lad that served me couldn’t have been more friendly, very polite and professional. Order taken, we sat outside with the pooch and waited for the food to be brought out to us, which was done in a speedy manner. Supermacs is something I wish we had in the U.K., I’d been looking forward to this for ages, so when my meal arrived I was eager to tuck in. I had the 7oz triple burger very very well put together, with a decent quality of ingredient. The fries were also excellent, much better than kfc/BK in the U.K. Mother inlaw grabbed a ferrero rocher sundae as that looked huge! Inside the venue was clean and and well maintained. All in all a decent place to stop on your travels for some lunch!
