Vecino Brewing Co. - Carrboro

This place changed management at the beginning of the year and has only gone downhill since then. The unique beer selections and brewery is gone, the old friendly staff is gone, and all the pride flags that used to be in the windows are gone. The food is fine typical bar food, but it’s lost all it’s old personality. I won’t be coming here again. What a disappointment.

Really great beer and Buffalo chicken dip, but the fried entrees were too salty to eat. It was a lot more expensive than we expected for a brewery. Their ordering system seems fine when it’s slow, but they had an event going on and we had to wait in line for 25 minutes just to close our check, which was a little annoying. That doesn’t seem to be the staff’s fault, it just seems that the place isn’t set up to handle an influx of customers, so if it’s busy make sure you have plenty of time to spend there. Staff were super friendly and service was great.
