It's okay to be super busy. which is not okay is to let people not know that if they place a command for a sandwich, it will be 45 minutes.

The staff here is wonderful and so is their food! I've been over a dozen times. My favorites are the Avalanche and Rueben sandwiches, if you like a modded grill...
