Bob's Clam Hut - Carrabassett Valley

We had many lunches all week at Bob's recommend it highly! Maine Lobster roll....so delicious! My kids loved the Calamari and scoffed up the kids portion looking for more. Nice people work this place and are eager to serve your food and help you out. Can't wait to go back the next time we get to Maine to ski.

Bob's up on the mountain what a surprise! We have been going to Bob's in Kittery since the late 90s. We are from So Cal and didn't expect to have such a treat in Sugarloaf, our first trip skiing in Maine. Great service and the usual great fare! Used to the same old mountain food when we ski locally at Mammoth Mountain! Really glad to see some resorts let great local restaurants in! Menu is a little abbreviated in comparison to their Kittery location but still a lot to offer including lobster rolls! This is their first season and hope they do well up in Sugarloaf! Their are two guys they came up from the Kittery location to run the show. Both are extremely nice! They keep up the high quality for food and service that Bob's is known for! Good for Bob's for trying out a new location and sending their own to run the show.

New location at Sugarloaf's base lodge. This place is fantastic. Lots of options an the prices are good. For the love of God please don't cheap out and buy clam strips. Your skiing so buck up and get the real deal full bellies. Lobster rolls here are amazing. Put's most shacks to shame. Staff is super friendly. The owner?/manager? Craig is great. He is always there working behind the counter or greeting customers.

Sugarloaf has always been good. Now it's amazing. Love this place in Kittery and love it even more here. During the 2012/2013 season, it was actually cheaper to get a clam plate from Bob's than a chicken finger plate from the regular Sugarloaf cafeteria! Definitely give this place a try.

This was an awesome fast food spot at a ski resort with reasonable prices. Being from California I asked a lot of questions on what to try. The guy was so helpful and let me sample the lobster stew which was amazing! I asked about gluten free and there were tons of options. Yay!!! I was deciding between lobster roll and clam strips and finally went for clams strips with sweet potato fries since I was going to share with my son and it wax pretty cold out. They were awesome. The same guy even came and asked how I liked it and I told him really great. Love having some local flavor while skiing!!!!
