Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I wouldn't leave stars if I could. We were served a raw chicken sandwich. I'm pregnant and took the first bite and immediately gagged. It was heavily undercooked. I went on a road through the drive thru and we didn't want to turn around so I immediately contacted Popeye's customer service. They told me they would contact the manager. No answer. I contacted again 10 days later. Again they said the restaurant manager was in touch. Again, zero answer from the manager. That's ridiculous. I just asked for a refund for food that could send me to the hospital. We are well done with Popeyes after this experience.

This place is busty, the food is quality and the service is probably even better. Get up!

So much better service and dining room is open! Definitely taub/hoh friendly. Better than one on Randall Rd!!!!

Good food BAD SERVICE What I ordered I didn't get at all. Check your bags before you go. I tried to see if they would do it right, but still try to call for several calls

Just had the best experience eating at popeyes today with my son. Staff was great, food was so fresh and delicious. I don't usually choose popeyes when i come out to eat, but I definitely will be coming back way more often! If you haven't tried their nuggets, do it now!
