Lou Malnati's Pizzeria

The classic Chicago sausage pizza is phenomenal. I personally like Chicago deep dish on occasion. Between Giordanos and Lous I prefer Lous.

We paid $44.00 for a cold and black hair encrusted large deep dish pizza. I’m 7mo pregnant and I wanted a nice cheesy deep dish. We live 10 mins away and my husband got there 10 mins after the pizza was supposed to be finished. It wasn’t “finished” and he waited. The pizza came out cold and with a bunch of nice black frizzy hair. My husband is bald and I have brown hair. Disgusting. Disappointed. Feeling ripped off.

We order pizza on Sunday Feb12 it was my sun Birthday we have couple people invited pizza tast great, in the evening whoever eat pizza got sick our entire family was vomiting stomach pains it's feb14 and im still sick! we will never order again from this place!!

Thanks to manager Anthony for compensating me when there was a slight error in my order. Clearly he strives for excellence in himself and staff. Not to mention, Lou's deep dish is my favorite pizza, a Chicago-land classic. My family orders at least once a month and I suggest your family do the same.
