Gelateria Sottozero - CAROVIGNO

I recently tried an ice cream at this gelateria which offers a large selection of flavours, but sadly my experience fell short of expectations. The ice cream turned out to be extremely sugary and felt more like industrial production than an authentic artisan experience. I had hoped to find handmade ice cream with high quality ingredients and an authentic flavour, but instead I noticed a lack of authenticity in the flavours. The excess sugar overpowered the more subtle notes and left me with a heavy feeling after tasting it. It would have been nice to see more attention to the choice of ingredients and the preparation of the ice cream to ensure better quality. Despite the wide choice of flavours, the lack of authenticity made for a less satisfying experience than I had hoped for. I hope this ice cream shop takes these feedbacks into consideration and works to improve the quality of their ice cream, creating a truly delicious and memorable experience for customers.

More than satisfactory experience, friendly and nice staff and attentive to customer needs. Creamy ice cream, sweet at the right point, of excellent quality, the artisan quality that few ice cream parlors still have stands out on the palate. Modest and normal prices. I recommend the variegated Ricotta and pistachio flavor and the fondant.

Spectacular croissants, I recommend the Pan di stelle croissant or ok vegan croissants with jam .. I didn't even have time to photograph it, really delicious, price: € 1.50 Super recommended! Super nice staff
