Aigle d'Or - Carouge

We were here at least once a month, but this was our first visit after the Covid lock. the owner, ludovico, and the wonderful table service of giada, were as before: excellent. definitiw recommend this local carouge bistro, but in advance as,. even on a Thursday evening, it was full.

I did not expect this local restaurant to serve so authentic and good quality Italian cuisine. the menu is small, but has arranged a large selection of Italian. I had a risotto with squid ink that was perfectly cooked and very tasty. the other guests. had pasta and they were also very happy with their dresses. the service is very friendly. I recommend this hidden gem. from my own are the weeping, which are very good, but only down, relatiw expensive.

Webt here randomly after a business meeting in carouge. the restaurant is conveniently located near a shopping center, so there are many parking places close to. the venue is fancy enough to enjoy the 60s showong james bond and others. enjoy the sea. I also went for the plate du jour and must say was delicious and good. I recommend this place when in the beautiful opposite of carouge

Great, attentive service. la chasse menu was the best I had melted the meat in the mouth, and they were more creative than most Swiss restaurants with the colorful series of confiture, dressing and sides. instead of being a thought, this was nice fantastic....A new favorit.

Dining at L Aigle d 'Or is truly a unique experience if you like a Bistrot style setting and atmosphere with amazing Italian food. The passion that goes into every dish is incredible. We chose the recommended wine and it was designed to complement the food. I...really cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough, I have eaten in many high quality restaurants around the world and this one tops the lot! It is also one of the only places where I can always eat my favourite dish Risotto with black truffles . Believe me when I say you have to come here and try this dish, truly one of the best I ever had. Correct prices and very good service too, I will be back on every trip to Geneva.
