Domino's Pizza - Carmichael

I drove 20 milesto this location because I had ordered during Covid was very impressed. Bragged to Doctors, friends Colleques how good their pasta in the bread bowls were, as well as the sandwiches. NOT SURE WHAT happened I went out of my wayto order from the Carmichael store. I placed an order for a 5 topping on the site. There was no option for vegetables. Ididn't use a credit card so had to walk in. No Bathroom available which is understandable with Covid. The young Lady said if Iwanted to add vegetables, I has to cancel , reorder wait another 25minutes. I called first but was still on hold during mydrive even as I walked in, about 7 minutes later. Bottom line . I can NOT recommend this store.#978. The $19.99 pizza washorrible!!! I ate a 1/2 slice and handed it to a homeless person. Glad I had someone to give it to vs tossing it in the trashwhich was my initial thought. I don't forsee ever ordering from this particular store again. The guys were nice working awaybut the young lady who was cashiering was rather abrupt. 1/30/22. I Hope you have a better experience.

I placed an order for two medium pizzas they charged us $26 for 2 medium pizzas... My grandson gave him $40 there was supposed to be $13 in change the young man took it upon himself to return $11 to him and take a tip for himself. The pizzas were burnt Icalled to complain the same man that took the $2 tip from my grandson answered the phone said they were really busy and I askedto speak to a manager and refused to let me talk to her. Said the manager's name was Peyton his name was Cort told me to callback in a few days or whenever they're not busy how I would know that is beyond me I tried to call back the next day and thenext day still nobody wants to answer my phone calls so I'm going above them and call corporate this pizza store is justridiculous bad service will not be ordering from them again.. and there was no tip offered he should not have taken a tip forhimself that's like stealing. And to let everyone know my grandson is autistic and he took advantage of him.

DELIVERY MAN BRANG THIS TO MY DOOR. My son gave him a tip thinking the pizza was going to be great. But soon as we opened the box THIS IS WHAT WE GOT! I had to drive back and return the pizza. Got my full refund and tip back! ???? this was insane! I willnever order here again!

The pizza and sandwiches are not as fresh tasting as they have been. The Employees taking your order are not as friendly As they have been. The prices have also gone up as the quality and portions have gone down. You now have to pay a $dollar more for youritems and pay close to $6:00 for delivery. It's almost cheaper to go to round table or mountain mikes and get a much bettertasting pizza.come on dominos your going to start losing customers if you keep this up!!!

I ordered my pizzas online and planned for pick up later today. The pizzas were made on time and the pick up process was quick and simple. I ordered three pizzas and the other two were fine. One had a few burned ?bubbles? but I can live with that, ithappens. But the Buffalo Chicken Pizza was beyond unacceptable. It looks very unappetizing and inedible. We will eat around itbut I?d say steer away from ordering this pizza.
