Wendy's - Carmel

I have no complaints about my stuff today. the service was excellent with practically no waiting time. the food tasted great and I could eat inside what is important to me. the next day I stopped with this wendys and they had not enough help for the inner to be open and I ate somewhere else.

Not just the worst Wendy's experience but the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. The man taking order in the drive thru wouldn't even look at me when I pulled up. After taking my card he shoves food out the window in my face and gives my card back without a receipt and closed the window before I could even say anything. I pulled around and came back to ask for a receipt and he claimed the printer was broken and he couldn't give me one. I asked if one could be printed from another station and he asks me why I needed one anyway. I told him I wanted it so I could provide feedback about my experience, but plenty of people prefer to have a receipt for a number of other reasons so I found that question incredibly inappropriate. When I told him I wanted to provide feedback he proceeded to argue with me about the quality of his service. To top everything off, once I got back to my office to actually eat the food, there was a hair! After seeing some of the other reviews this location has it looks like it needs to be closed down immediately.

We ordered 6 meals pretty late at night. Took a while but staff truly cared about every individual in the car. Order was perfect and we got straws and even napkins!

DO NOT UTILIZE this WENDY’s. Workers there steal credit card info and payments from customers. This Wendy’s have horrible service worker spit in my face. I contacted Wendy’s corporate office made a report over a month ago. Advised that management from this location and no one has contacted me at all. If you’re using a card don’t go to this place you will be ripped off.

Worst wendy's I've eaten in. The guy gave me a burger that the meat looked like it was cooked early that morning but I received it at 6 in the evening. Cold fries, the bacon looked like it was bacon bits, and the drink was flat. I didn't check my food until I got home looked at it and threw it away. Always check your food.
